Introducing Inclus 6.0: Meet our new AI Assistant
We're excited to announce the release of Inclus 6.0, a major update that brings a powerful new capability to your workflow: the Inclus AI Assistant. The built-in AI Assistant helps you analyze data, automate tasks, and work more efficiently, alongside improved editing access for item and task owners and several usability enhancements.
A smarter way to work with your data
The new AI assistant is built directly into your workshop environment, giving you a faster, more intuitive way to interact with your data. Whether you're reviewing risks, managing tasks, or analyzing results, the assistant understands your workshop structure, including your terminology, categories, and scoring logic, and helps you take action instantly.
You can:
Ask questions about your data in natural language and get answers grounded in your actual workshop data, including clear, formatted responses with tables, lists, and direct links to relevant items and tasks
Generate structured insights and reports by asking the AI to analyze your data, summarize key risks, compare entries, and present findings in an easy-to-read format
Suggest and create new items or tasks by describing what you need, with the AI proposing complete entries including names, descriptions, categories, tags, and data field values, ready for one-click approval
Edit, update, or archive existing entries with full approval control, allowing the AI to propose changes to names, descriptions, owners, deadlines, and more, while ensuring nothing is applied without your confirmation
Analyze uploaded documents and compare them with your workshop data, enabling you to extract key information, generate summaries, and connect external content directly to your existing work
All interactions happen in a flexible, multi-chat interface that keeps your work organized and easy to revisit.
Built for control and transparency
Every AI-assisted change is clearly marked in the change history, ensuring full transparency across your team. Nothing is ever updated without your approval, giving you confidence while benefiting from automation.
Our approach to rolling out the AI Assistant
We understand that many of our clients operate under internal AI policies that govern how AI tools may be used, what data they can access, and under what conditions they can be deployed. Because of this, we will not be automatically enabling the AI Assistant for all clients.
Instead, we will reach out to each client individually to walk through the new functionality together. We want to make sure you have a clear picture of exactly what the assistant can and cannot access, how it interacts with your data, and what controls are in place — and we're happy to address any questions or concerns before anything is switched on. Your comfort and compliance with your own policies come first, and we're committed to making this transition on your terms.
More ownership, more flexibility
The Inclus version 6.0 also introduces an important usability improvement. Item and task owners can now directly edit what they own.
This change removes unnecessary bottlenecks and enables more efficient collaboration, while still maintaining clear governance over permissions and results visibility.
Additional improvements
Alongside the AI assistant, this release includes several enhancements:
More flexible visualization coloring options
Improved handling of incomplete data in charts
Better filtering in indicator results
Cleaner terminology across the platform, with "process" replacing "project"
Enhanced visibility controls for item tags
Inclus 6.0 is all about working smarter. With AI now embedded into your daily workflow, you can spend less time managing data and more time making decisions that matter.
