Inclus powers collaborative risk analysis for Koskela Depot project

In August 2023, Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy signed an agreement for the development phase of the Koskela depot project, which will be implemented using an alliance model, with the main contractor Skanska and the design partners Sweco Finland Oy, Sipti Infra Oy, Rejlers Rakentaminen Oy and Arkkitehtityöhuone APRT Oy.

Inclus served as a participatory platform for risk analyses related to decision-making during the development phase of the depot project. Inclus received high praise from participants for both the efficiency and quality of the decision-making process. The most important alternatives were able to be assessed in a multi-criteria and participatory manner to support high-quality decision-making.
