Inclus x Nordic West Office webinar: From anxiety to agency - Scenario planning that helps companies face polycrisis well prepared

In this fireside chat, Charly Salonius-Pasternak, the CEO of Nordic West Office (https://www.nordicwestoffice.com/) explores, together with Mikaeli Langinvainio, CEO and co-founder of Inclus, how today’s overlapping geopolitical, economic, and technological shocks are reshaping the global operating environment.

The session provides stakeholders with scenario tools to build collective preparedness.

It will connect global security dynamics with scenario planning and enterprise risk management (ERM), so teams can transform crisis complexity into shared strategic clarity.

"Many companies mistakenly believe scenario planning requires committing to major initiatives upfront. The real value comes much earlier: spending even a few hours exploring plausible futures as a team builds shared insight and sharpens your ability to respond when circumstances shift."

Charly Salonius-Pasternak
