Inclus Academy: Driving strategic risk visibility through dashboards
In this Inclus Academy session, our team walked through how to build and operate dashboards to improve strategic risk visibility across an organization.
We started by looking at a common challenge. Organizations often manage large volumes of risks but struggle to turn them into a clear and usable overview. We explained how this relates to two key topics, aligning how risks are described and combining how they are measured.
Next, we demonstrated how dashboards bring together data from multiple business units and processes into one view. We showed how risks can be grouped by name, combined into broader themes, or consolidated using custom rules, while still maintaining access to the original data.
We then explored different ways to analyze and report risks. Using risk maps, rankings, and statistical views, we focused on how to identify top risks, compare units, and detect outliers.
Finally, we introduced how AI supports this work. We showed how it can help classify risks, summarize large datasets, and reduce duplicates, making risk management more consistent and efficient.
We closed by emphasizing that dashboards support continuous risk management by helping organizations keep their insights up to date and actionable.
