Inclus Academy: Kick-start your risk management process with confidence
In this Inclus Academy session, we walked through how to get a risk management process up and running in Inclus, from the very first step to a fully operational setup.
We started with the core Inclus workflow: identifying risks, running a collaborative assessment, analyzing the results visually, and turning insights into concrete actions. This structure forms the foundation of any risk management process built in Inclus.
We then demonstrated two practical ways to build a risk register. The first covered how to bring an existing register into Inclus, for example from an Excel file. The second showed how to start from scratch using the Inclus AI assistant, which can analyze documents and automatically suggest relevant risk categories and individual risks.
From there, we looked at how to engage stakeholders through participatory sessions using QR codes, shareable links, and scheduled invitations, and how to collect and manage their input in real time.
We closed by showing how AI can take the process further: prioritizing high-risk items, proposing mitigation actions, and generating executive summaries from stakeholder comments to support informed decision-making.
